Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed through the NutriQ website and early-access waitlist.
1. Data controller
NutriQ is an application currently under development and is operated by Bruno Križić, an individual based in Croatia.
For privacy-related questions or requests, contact:
bruno.krizic1999@gmail.com2. Personal data collected
When you register for the NutriQ early-access waitlist, we collect your email address, registration timestamp, consent status, consent version, and a registration identifier.
Technical information may also be processed by our hosting and API infrastructure to operate and protect the service.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your email address to manage the NutriQ waitlist and, if you consent, send information about early access, product availability, and launch updates.
The legal basis for these communications is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before your withdrawal.
4. Storage and service providers
Waitlist registrations are stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Amazon DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and Amazon API Gateway.
Our waitlist backend is deployed in the AWS Europe (Frankfurt) Region. We will assess and document any international transfers that may occur through our service providers.
5. Data retention
We retain waitlist registration information while it is needed to manage early access and launch communications, unless you withdraw consent or request deletion earlier.
We will periodically review stored registrations and delete information that is no longer necessary for these purposes.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable GDPR requirements, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also request restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing where applicable.
To exercise your rights or withdraw consent, email bruno.krizic1999@gmail.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or another competent supervisory authority.
7. Email verification
NutriQ is developing email verification for waitlist registrations. Until that process is implemented, a submitted email address is not considered verified.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as NutriQ develops, including when the project begins operating through a registered business.
The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
